Welcome to Attendi, a SaaS and Hardware platform developed by Bishnu Engineering. By registering an account and deploying our hardware devices, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Software Subscription & Hardware

Attendi operates on a hybrid model. The physical ESP8266 RFID devices are sold separately to the client. The cloud dashboard, reporting engines, and API access are provided on a monthly/annual software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription basis.

2. Hardware Liability

Bishnu Engineering warrants that the physical scanners will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is voided if the device is tampered with, subjected to extreme weather (unless specified outdoor-rated), or connected to incorrect power supplies.

3. System Availability (SLA)

We strive for a 99.9% uptime for the cloud dashboard. However, we are not liable for attendance data delays caused by local Wi-Fi or GSM network failures at your physical premises. Devices are designed to store a limited number of offline punches, but stable internet is required for real-time tracking.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Admin login credentials. You agree to use the software and hardware only for lawful employee tracking purposes.

Bishnu Engineering reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
